The Agency: A to Z

Media companies have to deal with agencies on multiple levels on a daily basis, yet agency operations are changing, complex and confusing to outsiders.  This session will look at agency changes and outsourcing, and front end systems including Datatek and Donovan.  It will delve into agency organization, invoicing, credit policies and payment processes.  It will also look at agency timetables and how they handle adjustments.
