IPS enacts Disaster Recovery Plan in anticipation of Hurricane Sandy

IPS Senior Management and employees met at 1PM on Sunday, October 28, 2012 to discuss our preparedness for the upcoming Hurricane Sandy. IPS has safeguarded all client documents that are on-site at our Secaucus, NJ facility.

Wednesday, Oct. 31, 9:00AM: The IPS office is open and we are processing documents as usual. For specific information, questions or concerns, please contact your Account Manager.

Tuesday, Oct. 30, 6:40PM: IPS plans on having the office open for business as usual on Wednesday morning.

Tuesday, Oct. 30, 6:40AM: IPS has closed the office today. We will provide a further update by mid-morning.

Monday, Oct. 29, 7:00AM: IPS has decided to close the office today. This decision was made based on current and short-term weather conditions. In addition, a "state of emergency" has been declared for the entire state of NJ and all Federal buildings as well as many other buildings and offices are closed throughout the entire state.
